Which plan fits
Pick on two numbers: how many Xero organisations you authorise, and how many people work in the reporting workbook. Nothing here is keyed to your revenue or the size of your firm.
Starter
Three Xero organisations or fewer
One company, or a small group with three authorised Xero organisations or fewer, where one person or a couple of people maintain the reporting workbook. Starter carries the report refreshes, the three core statements and the reusable templates. It does not carry multi-entity consolidation, so a combined group view is not part of this plan.
Practice
Up to 25 organisations, up to five team members
A portfolio of up to 25 authorised organisations worked on by up to five team members. This is the plan that adds multi-entity consolidation, so the same reporting pack can be produced across entities rather than rebuilt entity by entity, and it moves support to priority onboarding and support.
Scale
Up to 100 organisations, unlimited team members
Up to 100 authorised organisations with no cap on the number of team members. Scale adds custom refresh schedules on top of on-demand and scheduled refreshes, plus dedicated account support. Above 100 organisations the plans on this page stop, and you should talk to us instead.
What every plan includes
Guided connection of your first Xero organisation
Setup is guided, not self-serve, and that is deliberate. You authorise the organisation inside Xero; we work through the connection with you and confirm which reports, periods and accounts your workbook needs before the trial clock matters.
The workbooks you already have
CrunchSync refreshes data into a defined range of the Google Sheets workbook you already use. Your formulas, layouts, charts, commentary and sharing permissions stay where they are. There is no separate dashboard to move your reporting into.
The same refresh behaviour on every plan
Refresh a defined data range on demand, or set the sheet to refresh on a schedule. The range updates in place. Scale adds custom refresh schedules on top of that; the underlying behaviour is the same on all three plans.
A 14-day trial before you pay anything
Every plan includes a 14-day trial with full access. No credit card is required to start it, so there is nothing to cancel and no automatic charge at the end.
What the price does not include
- No annual plan is offered on this page. All three plans are billed monthly in US dollars.
- More than 100 Xero organisations, or a rollout that does not fit these three plans, is not priced here. Talk to us and we will work out what it should look like.
- Your Xero subscription and your Google account are billed by Xero and Google, not by us. CrunchSync connects to both and replaces neither.
- Beyond guided setup, we do not build your reporting pack for you. CrunchSync is not a business intelligence platform, and it does not replace Xero.

Is there a free plan?
No. CrunchSync has no free tier. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with guided setup and no credit card required, and we connect your first Xero organisation with you before the trial starts.
Is a credit card required to start?
No. No credit card is required to start a 14-day trial. You request a trial with your work email address, and we reply by email.
Is billing monthly, and in which currency?
The three plans on this page are billed monthly in US dollars. No annual plan is offered on this page.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
A person contacts you. Nothing is charged automatically, because no credit card was required to start the trial.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, by asking us. Changing plan is not a self-serve control on this site; contact support and we will move you to the plan that matches your organisation count and team.
What counts as a Xero organisation?
One authorised Xero organisation connected to CrunchSync. Each organisation is authorised separately in Xero, and the organisation counts on this page count those authorised connections.
