Who is responsible for your information
CrunchSync is the data controller for information submitted through crunchsync.com. Our business address is 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. That is a business address for correspondence; this site publishes no company registration number, no entity type and no founding date, because none is published for CrunchSync.
Information we collect
A trial request collects four things: your work email address, the plan you selected, the page the request came from, and one acquisition-channel category drawn from a fixed list of ten values. Nothing else from the form is stored. If you write to us by email, we hold that correspondence and whatever you chose to put in it. We also receive the standard technical information needed to serve and secure the website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and support your CrunchSync trial, improve the website, prevent misuse, and maintain the security of our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Fathom Analytics to measure aggregate page views and the trial funnel. Fathom runs without cookies and does not record sessions or build advertising profiles. We do not send names, email addresses, form values, or free-text responses to Fathom, and analytics records are not joined to trial-request records.
Service providers
We use selected providers to host the website, measure website use, and deliver trial-request notifications. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here. The providers used by this website and the trial-request path are named on our security page.
How long we keep it
Records are kept for a stated period rather than indefinitely.
- Trial requests and other lead records: kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Email correspondence with us: kept for 24 months, then deleted.
- Website analytics: cookieless and read in aggregate. It is not tied to a named person, so it is not part of the records above.
Where the law requires us to keep a specific record for longer — a billing record, for example — we keep only what that obligation covers, and for no longer than it requires.
Your choices and deletion
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Send the request to the address below. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person it concerns before we act on it, and we action a verified deletion request within 30 days. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
